Defect within warranty
You can report your defect by mail. If you report a defect, we will check whether the guarantee conditions, as described in the general terms and conditions, apply to the situation. You will receive a confirmation of your registration with further instructions.
Return policy defects
To avoid confusion, we kindly request you to include the article with a clear description of the defect, accessories, accessories and the invoice with your return shipment.
