Clock inside a 14 inch alloy rim fitted with LEDs

Bought on sale: 14” Alloy Wheel Clock Pendule at a shop in Eindhoven.
Oeps! Dropped it? Nope, just took it apart...
Beneath the “vented” brake disk there will be 16 red LEDs.
Let’s light these 16 LEDs up just to test them...
This is what it looks like with the “vented” brake disk on top of the LEDs...
The arm backplane and the “brake block” put back in place.
Also there will be 12 blue LEDs around the arm backplane, which will be behind the rim.
These LEDs are also lit up to test them.
Let’s turn on all the LEDs at the same time...
At the back you can see the wiring and the resistors, this will still be covered.
The clock has been put back together...
Let’s look at it in the dark... Hmmmm!
And this is a second clock with a slightly different ledtuning... spot the differences?
