How do I place an order?

If you've seen a product you want to buy, click on the item and put it in your cart. All prices in our shop are include VAT.
Do you want to continue shopping? No problem, the item remains in your shopping cart. If you want to order right away, go to the cart top right and click on 'Checkout'. Login if necessary into your account. If you have not yet, you can create it when ordering.

Check order
Check your order and line transmission. Please indicate where you would like to ship the order. You can have your order delivered to your address or another address enter or choose to collect it.

Pay and rounding
Choose how you want to pay. You can pay with VISA, Credit Card, Paypal and pay in advance. From Belgium can also pay with Mister Cash and from Europe with direct ebanking. Click "Place Order" to complete your order.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you need us to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (eg. Using the online cancellation form or by email) to notify you of your decision the agreement. The trial period of 14 days starts on the day of receipt of your article. You can do this using the attached withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. After notification of the revocation you still have 14 days to return the products. When you use the right of withdrawal, you the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - to return in its original condition and packaging to ledtuning.nl.

Upon receipt of your report to make use of the right of withdrawal you will receive a confirmation email. The returning of a product is entirely at the risk of the consumer. Always keep your proof of sending good until your return is processed.

Please for fast and accurate processing, return your product to report ensamen hmet a copy of the invoice, fill in the online form, print it out and send along with the order.

Right of withdrawal exception
Except the right of withdrawal, all products and associated services for products that are specially made to your desired size. The statutory warranty does apply to these products.

Effects of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal of a part of an order, we will refund all payments received on the articles in question, excluding shipping and payment costs (eg for payment after receipt). The shipping costs for returning the order by the consumer will not be reimbursed by us.

In case of cancellation of an entire order, we will refund all payments received except the postage for returning the goods by the consumer.

If we you have a balance due, you will be refunded minus any amount you us at that time still owe. If you withdraw from this contract, you will receive all payments promptly and in any event not later than 14 days after we receive the products sent back via the right of withdrawal. We will pay you back with the same payment as you have done the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, no fee will be charged for such reimbursement.


Cancel your order
As long as your order is shipped, you can cancel it. To cancel your order please call us or send an email.
When the order is no longer in processing, you can cancel it anymore. You can then return the receipt. See right of withdrawal.

Cancellation by ledtuning.nl
An article or an order can be canceled for various reasons by ledtuning.nl. Most common reasons for cancellation:
-The item is still not available
-The delivery details are unclear or not properly
We will send you an email stating the reason for cancellation is acknowledged. If an order is canceled, then void the payment or the amount paid will be refunded. The return period is depending on payment method and you can find at return time.


Returns order
If you want to return a product or an order, you can sign this product through the online return form. Fill in all required fields and click send the form and your product is registered for return. After registration you will receive an email with confirmation of receipt of your return report and any further instructions. It can be if you are unclear about your return message that we can contact you.
When returning your article you will need the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - to be returned in its original condition and packaging to ledtuning.nl. Pay attention! That you do not forget to send a copy of the invoice, which is your proof of purchase.
Returns are at risk of the buyer. This means that ledtuning.nl is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Always ask a proof of shipment with tracking code and keep it. When we have received your return, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation. Articles will upon receipt of your return will be assessed by ledtuning.nl.

Returns through our collection point
We offer you the ability to return products through our collection point. This is only after making an appointment, as we have no fixed hours. Making an appointment by phone or mail, see our contact page.
Again, you must return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to ledtuning.nl must return. The kind request for a speedy processing of your return to enclose the return form.
Furthermore, handling of the same is done on your return as described above. Again, we pay you back with the same payment as you have done the initial transaction.

Part Reimbursement for an article

Part compensation
