Supply
Normally everything you see in the web shop is in stock. When, due to unforeseen circumstances, you product is not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delivery time.
Also we can deliver products that are not in the web shop yet, such as Power LEDs, semiconductors, SMD resistors, etc., reasonably fast. Of course these products are RoHS compliant and usually available for lower prices then at electronics stores.
In the future we hope to expand out web shop with Power LEDs and other electronics components for LED applications.
Orders
Orders can be made via the web shop (check-out), via email or via fax (+31 84 744 8934). Please provide the following information with your orders:
- Name and full address (if an alternate billing address is required, please clearly state this; for cash-on-delivery, the bill is sent along with the package, so to the shipping address).
- The desired Product, number of items, and the price (to prevent misunderstandings).
- The desired payment method (cash-on-delivery, in advance, on account).
- The desired method of shipment if you have a preference, see below.
- Your email address (only if different then your e-mail program’s settings) or your phone number (order made by fax without telephone number or email address will not be processed).
Delivery Time
Most items on our website are in-stock and can be delivered within two working days.
If the delivery time is longer, we will contact you and you can decide is the extended delivery time is acceptable.
If you want an article delivered before (or after) a specific date, please make a note of this when you place your order. After the order you will receive an email with the expected delivery date. It is NOT possible to ship a package so that it will arrive the same day. In the weekends due to postal handling there might be a one or two day delay in the delivery.
Order Status
When your order has be received, you will be informed via email. This also happens when your order has been shipped.
If (due to unforeseen circumstances) you have not received a order placement notification within a few days, do not make a new order but send us an email. You email address may have been received incorrectly.
Shipping
Our goal is to ship each order within 3 days after receiving payment, depending on crowds and stock.
To ensure delivery to the customer all shipments will be sent via UPS or GLS.
Shopping costs depend on the nature and the weight of the shipment and are automatically calculated.
Shipments abroad are possible for a higher tariff.
You will find the tariffs on the page after completing your order in the shopping cart.
For shipments within The Netherlands, that have a value above € 400.00, we will not charge shipping costs.
Pick-up
Due to the different locations of our offices and item storage facilities, picking up of your own orders is not possible at the moment. In special cases we can make exceptions to the pick-up policy. This because someone want the order the same day, or because someone is or live in (the neighborhood of) Eindhoven.
Returns
LEDs cannot be returned because we only sell new components that have been antistatically handled and packaged. You can return ordered LED products (such as LED flashlights) within 7 working days, without providing a reason for returning the product, but only if the product is still un-used.
You should return the Product in its original, undamaged, packaging and include the billing note. When you would like to return an item please contact us beforehand, via our e-mail form. Unstamped or under-stamped packages cannot be accepted by us, we hope you understand. We will refund the paid amount, excluding the shipping costs, to you within 10 days after receiving the returned items.
Pay in Advance
We understand that for a lot of people paying in advance is a threshold for actually placing an order. Still for a lot of people this form of payment has the preference. This due to the fact that there is written proof of payment, by means of a bank note. Also you save yourself the cash-on-delivery charge of € 9,00. Additionally you will not need to have cash in hand to pay the delivery man.
The items will be shipped to you after the payment is received on our bank account. Before you make the payment, always place the order first and wait for a receive confirmation from us!
Ledtuning.nl at all times guarantees that the items that are ordered and paid for will always be received by you. If for some reason we cannot or no longer provide an ordered item, the paid amount will immediately and completely be returned to you. Backorders are always sent free of charge.

Cash-On-Delivery
For cash-on-delivery shipments the ordered items are sent via TGP Post. This is only possible in The Netherlands. The Additional cash-on-delivery charge will be added to the shipping costs and are € 12,95. The Total Amount of your order, including shipping and cash-on-delivery charge need to be paid to the delivery man in cash. If you’re order is above € 400.00, only the cash-on-delivery charge will be added.
Not at home? Don’t have exact change?
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, you will receive a receipt in the mail. With this receipt (or a Photo ID) you can pickup the delivery at the post office for within two weeks. Also when you do not have exact change you can pay for the delivery at the post office. There you can also pay with you PIN card.
Pay On Account
This payment method is only available for repeating customers, companies, school and government instances. The standard payment period is 14 working days. By exception, much longer payment periods may be agreed upon, but only when agreed to by us. For the first shipment an order on your company’s letterhead is always required, sent by fax for example (084 744 8934).
When making an order, clearly state if the billing address differs from the shipping address. Delivery on account is also possible for retuning customers; a returning customer is someone who has placed an order with us at least 3 times within 1 year (this too to the sole discretion of ledtuning.nl).
You will receive you bill via email, and all payment information will be attached.
Your order will be shipped as soon as you payment has been registered.
The invoice is enclosed with the order unless delivery address and billing address are different.
In the case that delivery address and billing address are different, the packing list is enclosed within the parcel and the invoice will be sent separately.
In consultation, the shipment packing list and invoice also can contain the same address but sent separately, something that can be helpful for companies.
Pricing
- Prices on the website are in € (euro) and including 19% VAT, unless noted otherwise; we reserve the right for adjustments due to price changes and/or mistakes.
- Prices are excluding Shipping and Handling, unless noted otherwise.
- Prices, pictures, descriptions and specifications on this website are completely in accordance with the datasheets provided by the producers.

Garanty
For electronic components (such as LEDs, semiconductors, and passive components) no guaranty is applied, due to the fact that these components can be damaged or broken when used incorrectly. Ready-made LED products are fully tested by us before they are shipped, as there is usually no factory warranty applicable.
However if you determine a product to be faulty due to fabrication errors, you can inform us of this within one month of purchase. After returning the defective item, a new one can be provided to you, or when this is not possible you can receive a payment refund.
Liability
We are not liable for any damage, in any form, that you might experience due to the functioning or non-correctly functioning of a product that was provided by us. In the case of provable damage our liability in any case is limited to a maximum amount of the original purchase price of the item.
Quality
Our main focus is on products for attractive prices, good specifications and a good service. For the LEDs that are available in the web shop, and to our best knowledge we have the best specifications for the lowest prices.
