LED lense, also named collimator, is used to narrows the beam from a 110 degrees Luxeon-Star type power LED to 60 degrees (triple way).
The optical design of the collimator uses the total internal reflection mechanism to collimate the light.
This design and the use of precision-injection molding optical grade Acrylic plastics bring the optical efficiency up to 90%.
